These sponges were invented by Carolyn Doughty and are widely used in her tutorial videos. When it was difficult to get genuine latex-free wedge sponges (it still is!), Carolyn developed her own painting sponges out of a source material that is pure platinum silicone and therefore has no inhibition issues AT ALL when used for painting.
The sponges can be rinsed in solvent after use, can be reused and cut down, and have a lovely open texture, invaluable for different painting skin texture effects.
This listing is for a bag of sponges (select the quantity you would like), the sponges are different shapes and each sponge is around 1.5" (4cm) square minimum size and can be cut down or trimmed to suit or can be torn and used as a rough sponge.
As the sponges are hand cut and vary in size, each bag will be a minimum weight of 140g (bag of 10) or 42g (bag of 3).
