I’ve been using this tub for my silicone-painting solvent for several weeks now, and I genuinely cannot be without it. The silicone residue sinks neatly beneath the internal filter, leaving clean solvent above for consistently fresh brush-cleaning. The built-in side scraper lets you remove excess wet silicone easily, and the removable false bottom keeps brushes away from any sediment.
Because it’s made from stainless steel, there’s no corrosion or staining — and the airtight lid prevents evaporation, keeping your solvent fresher for longer. Every few days, I simply lift out the internal grate, wipe the base with tissues, and it’s ready to go again. It even has a handy little handle for moving it around the workspace.
I cannot praise this little pot enough!
